I am a sole proprietor, female, smoker, 42 years old in good health. I am looking for HSA qualified high deductible health plans and am financially able to start my health savings account. Please advise what hsa health plans are available in NY. I work in orange county and live in Ulster County NY. Thank you for your reply.
